The CNRIA conference is a highly interactive conference that enables an effective interchange of results and ideas among researchers, industry, and product developers. The past 5th Edition organized by ASCII Organization to bring together a wide range of views from Senegalese Universities, industry, research institutions and stakeholders in the fields of ICT and socio economic development.Key Dates

Submission languages
The conference languages are English and French. Proposals are accepted in both languages. Nevertheless, all accepted papers submitted in English will be published only by Springer. Therefore, all accepted papers submitted in French will be published in the local proceedings and the authors of best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work through ARIMA Journal.Highlights Paper Submissions
· The event is endorsed by the European Alliance for Innovation, a leading community-based organization devoted to the advancement of innovation in the field of ICT.· All accepted papers submitted in English will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world's largest scientific libraries.· Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: Elsevier (EI), Thomson Scientific (ISI), Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, DBLP.Paper Submissions
All submission should be in PDF format with a maximum paper length of twelve printed pages. Papers should be submitted through EAI 'Confy' system at Confy, and have to comply with the SPRINGER format (see Author's kit section).Conference proceedings will be submitted for publication with Springer, in the Lecture Notes of ICST. The proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL)Poster Session
